The recipes for rich Kusmi teas are closely guarded as the signature drink of the Russian elite. A true treat for the senses, Bouquet de Fleurs tea shines at any gathering; it also makes a delightful hostess gift. Presented in a brightly colored tin canister.

Kusmi’s Bouquet de Fleurs Tea is Kusmi’s oldest blend, a combination of teas from China, India, and Ceylon, as well as eight aromatics, including lemon, bergamot, lime, mandarin orange, and flowers. The overall effect is wonderfully citrusy with floral notes, a refreshing treat any time of day. Serve some when a friend stops by, or bring to a party as a hostess gift. Its beautiful tin canister is sure to make quite an entrance. The Russian love affair with tea began in 1618 when the Emperor of China offered it as a gift to Tzar Alexis. From that moment on, tea became the signature drink of the Russian elite. Years later and miles away, Pavel Kousmichoff, the son of a humble Russian peasant family, left home at age 14 to work in a tea store in St. Petersburg. The owner took Pavel under his wing and taught him everything he knew. And when Pavel got married, his boss gave him a tea store of his own. The P.M. Kousmichoff Tea Company was established in 1867, and soon Pavel was providing his own exclusive artisan tea blends to the Tzars.
