Susy Pilgrim Waters has considered herself an artist "since she could hold a pencil." A sense of adventure has also been with her since a young age; born in England, Susy now lives with her family in Boston. Such a colorful lifestyle clearly inspires her work, which has made extensive appearances in print advertising, book and magazine publishing, and was even commissioned for a mural by the New York City Library. Now, three decades after his father started the business, Glazer is producing low–tech products that seem to be the hot new things, using premium leathers from the finest tanneries around the world, and putting it all together—the cutting, gluing, and embossing—by hand at their Melville, New York, facility.
